“Just wanted to say that I am so glad I signed up for this program! I was on 13 supplements when I started and am now down to 3! It’s so freeing to not have to take all those pills with every meal! But one of the things taught in the program, has been the most beneficial for me. It has definitely made me feel calmer and I do think it has been the one big thing I needed to regulate my cortisol, which was way out of whack. I feel way less stressed and when upsetting things happen it doesn’t seem to bother me too much. Getting the proper amount has also helped tremendously. Now at 9:30 at night my body insists that I go to bed. I sleep deeper than I used to. Still wake up 2 or sometimes 3X at night, but even then I go right back to sleep. I can see progress with that though and I just feel better overall. I think since everyone is different, the things that work significantly for each individual are different.
